There are run down ares whereever you live, Harewood is no worse than many ares in the UK. We had problem areas in Norwich, red light & drugs in my 12 yrs there had no problems, since I've been here again no probs. Having said that I have never met so people who smoke pot, it seems that if your not doing it your weird, even had a grow up discovered less than 50yrds from my home, no chance of that back in England, you just shrug your shoulders and move on.

try cobble hill 40 mins from victoria,nice schools ,good housing,pub ,beasches & lakes,we like it.Good luck.
