Default Mr. Miller, would you please advise...

I am waiting for interview notice from LA office and I am not in USA. I hear that advisory letters may not reach the applicants in some cases due to unreliable post handling.

1. I have a friend in USA, can I use his address for correspondence?

2. If I change the address, will this cause any delay in processing of my case?

Thanks
