Mr. Miller, when should I expect the LP?

Mr. Miller, when should I expect the LP?
Hi Mr. Miller,
On 02/07/2002 I called the immigration center in buffalo, and they told me that they have all the needed documents to issue the visa, but I informed them that my wife gave birth to our daughter on 01/30/2002, so they told me they won't issue the visa until my daughter undergo her own medical exam.
They have send us her medical form just last week, and she did her exam on 04/20/02...based on that... when do you think we should expect them to issue the visa for us???
I mean after they recieve her medical results, will it take long time until they finalize our case and issue the LP?
