Mr. Miller-Please
Dear Sir,
I am Indian. I have applied for PR in USA in oct-00. Received AOR in jan-01. Then received the assement that interview is required. Due the difficulty of getting visitor visa, I have transfered my file to South Africa in Sept-01. Then received AOR again in Jan-02. Then received assesement in jan-02 that interview is required.
My question is
How this is possible to receive the assesement so fast as I heard that after transferring the file it starts processing from the scratch?

The original assessment simply stands - interview required, period. Nothing more to
analyze to make the interview decision (initial assessment). That's the reason. And
now rather long wait...
