Default Mr. miller, Need your help !!

Dear Miller,
I was applied at London as an independent category. last 2nd of april i got my interview and the medicals which was done by the 5th of april as per of their request. after then last 22 of august they sent me a letter in requesting to pay the RPRF and it was paid by the 24th of the same month. --- still no news ! you know at the interview, the immigration officer told me that it will take 3 to 5 months to issue my visa finally and if it is then why they're making such delaying. on the other hand, i checked my e- status but nothing more there, just mentioned that ''decision made'' and we sent you a letter on the 9th of april about the decision of your application. but its confusing that after my interview(2, april) & medical (5, april) i got only one letter and that was 22 of august about the RPRF to be paid withing 90 days. i didn't get any letter which was sent to me by the 9th of april. so, i'm confused here in taking the reliability of e-status checking. Could you please tell me what's going on here and what does it mean the decision has been made. pleaee clarify me and let me know the timeline of london after getting medicals.
with thanks and regards
rafiq
