Mr Miller : Help and Advise needed.
It seems there is no provision for transferring your application from one Visa Post to another visa post under new regulations?
Source of Information : My lawyer in Canada.

There was no specific provision in the old Regulations as well and despite that
transfer was a normal and accepted procedure.
