Default Mr. Miller and all experts help

Today I receive my assessment letter to interview in Detroit, I am surprise to find that there is no medical form in the envelope, is it normal?
From the past thread, the interview letter should be accompanied by a medical form from Buffalo. Is that mean the success of my future interview is close to zero?

If I was rejected in the interview, can I still have a chance?
For example, the office think that I can not find a job in Canada, or he think MA degree from Canadian University still can not proof my language ability.

In this situation can I re-apply in the future,
Because under the new law I will get 77 point, if I take Itles and all section above 7. or 81 when get married

I mean that the officer perhaps think the mark is not important for decision , even I get a more higher mark.

Why so pessimistic thoughts?

Fact that you haven't received medical forms is absolutely irrelevant at this
stage. Wait for the interview (about 8 to 12+ months from now) and get prepared
well for such. You may consider seeking some assistance in analyzing your
application package, obtaining CAIPS notes and thus finding out what will be
the main scope of the interview, so you can really be prepared.

Interview delays have made it necessary to hold the medical forms until the
applicant is successful at the interview. Otherwise the medical result
would expire before the interview and new ones would be needed. That is
also the more "normal" way under the old regulations - first pass the
interview then do the medicals.
