Dear Mr. Miller!
Thank you so much for your help (I've just found this forum, and I got a lot of useful information).
I'm H1B computer programmer from Ukraine. I got AOR as independent immigrant from Buffalo on December 14, 2001. My 19-year old son graduated from US high school and was admitted to Engineering Faculty of the University of Toronto as full-time student. He's got 4-year Student Authorization from NY Consulate just now.
Should I inform the RPC about it?
I believe this information is good for assessment (although may be I'm wrong), but I'm afraid that it can delay my case.
Please, advise me.
Respectfully,
Dima

CIC knows about it as all is in the system. You don't need to notify Buffalo about
the fact and such will have no impact on the assessment at all.
