Default Mr.Andrew Miller

1. According to the new threat "buffalo timeline", his application was sent early than me(His: August, mine:September), but his AOR is late than me. so, is that to say the applications are processed accoding to the date of receiving by Buffalo, not the date od AOR.

2. Can you give me some suggestion what happen to the interview case after March 2002? keep on waiting for interview or re-evaluated under the new rule by the favourate mark of 70.

Thanks

1. Each application is being processed at it's own pace and you cannot compare
someone else's timeline to yours, even if you have similar backgrounds and applied
very same day.

2. Nothing will be "re-evaluated" - once interview has been requested it will not be
waived later. Interviews are waived or required not based on the points scored at
all. Interview is needed if case cannot be assessed solely on the basis of
information and documents provided with the application and when there is anything
what needs to be clarified or verified during the interview. Moving beyond March
31 (or any other date for that matter) and coming under new rules will not change
reasons why interview hasn't been waived in the first place- so it will be held,
no matter what.
