Default Moving worries/Health system

We are due to be moving out to Canada at the beginnng of July - house up for sale- Kids education all sorted but since Christmas, I have been having health problems. Lots of Drs trips, referrals, MRI scan etc and now seem to have an on going nasty back/neck problem which is making me feel awful for alot of the time
.
My worry is whether to move to a new country with a new health system where we won't have the family/friend back up we are used to or to not give up on the dream the family are after. When you are ill, you're ill wherever you happen to be I guess, but its such a dilema at the moment. I know if we don't go ahead, we will be very disappointed but its taking that step into the unknown. I wonder how people find the healthcare system out there? We will be in BC.
We did live in Canada for a year a couple of years ago so have some friends to go back to so theres is some familiarity.
Just wish I knew what to do for the best.
