Moving to Vancouver in October
Hello All,
What a great forum. I'm moving to Vancouver in October with my Girlfriend on the IEC. I honestly cant wait, I've never lived abroad before.
Were stopping in False Creek once we land for 11 days which gives us enough time to set up shop, IE, get social security numbers, bank accounts and phones. As well as looking for a permanent place to say.
I'm really looking forward to living a completely different way of life in a new Country. Ido acting lesson here in Brum so hopefully that is something I can continue out there, as well as footy.
Hopefully I can chat with some Vancouverites to try and learn even more about the culture, jobs, way of life etc.
Thank you
Matt

Vancouver is very looks-conscious. You'll see.
