Could anyone recommend a good affordable moving company in order to move contents of a 1 bedroom apartment to Kamloops.

Why not rent a U-Haul truck and do it yourself?

What Rich said, if you are physically capable, go the DIY route. If not, I have heard that these people are pretty good.
