Thumbs up Moving Items to Canada

Hi, Have now landed as a permanent residence in Canada and just come back to the UK to close my life down here.
Can anyone recommend a shipping company with good rates so i can ship my personal belongings out to Vancouver, things like tools and such like??

This PR process has been long and tough but for all of you that are undergoing this process of PR to Canada, i have been where you are it is long and hard and has drove me insane, but try and keep positive and good things will happen.

Good luck to you all
Richard

Hi Richards,

Congrats on your PR completion.

If you are just sending personal goods and no furniture access baggage have so far been competitive with their quote, as we just landed yesterday and had asked for quotes to ship our personnel effects early next year.

Hope this helps and good luck

Hi Richard

Congratulations.

I have just used excessbaggage.com. I was just shipping personal effects, no large furniture.

They seemed to be the cheapest that I could find.

Now just need to wait 6 to 12 weeks for my stuff to arrive.

White and Co were good for us this July for a sole 20ft container if you have lots of stuff.
Derbyshire to Vancouver area for four thousand pounds.
Insurance through Letton Percival.
