Is there a specific thread in regards to moving to a difference province that anyone can direct me to?
I have no idea where to start, I'm hoping to move next year, I'd need to sell my house here, buy a house there, and get myself, my dog and everything I own over there, quit my job here and find a new job there....as well as transferring everything i.e health cards, driving license, phone etc.
There is probably a mountain of things that I haven't thought about, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'd be grateful
I should add I'm planning to move from Brantford, Ontario to Halifax area, Nova Scotia

Lots of individual threads, no major consolidated one. Looks like you've identified the key things.
I moved last week. Somewhere to live, utilities (if not included), phone plan, and car registration/insurance were the only things to take care of (you'll also have driving licence, healthcare).

Oh, whatever you do, don't use a Uhaul U-box, which sounds like it'll help the logistics, but winds up causing intense amounts of stress and phone calls.
