Immigration advise moving as an immigration consultant. That made me chuckle.

No such thing as a chartered tax adviser in Canada. Not sure how you could move to Canada as an immigration consultant? There are already hundreds of them here, not a high demand occupation.

What qualifications do you have?

The OP couldn't use being an immigration consultant to move - as he'd have to be a Canadian PR or citizen to become one in the first place.

So he'd need another route to get a visa, before retraining as a consultant if he wants to do that once he's a PR.

What tax do you specialise in? I'm a tax adviser and have got a job starting in February. I don't have any Canadian tax experience but I got the job as an international transfer

I am starting my job on Monday in Corp tax, but am studying the NCA (Canadian Legal Exams) as well.
