No re-finacing is where they take away most of the banks interest charges and still let you pay them back whereas bankruptcy is declaring you have no money and can not afford to pay back, which is when things get repossesed i believe.

Not too sure if it is just the asset loaned against that gets taken away or whether they can take anything of value??? not sure.

All politicians are the same - will do anything and say anything to get in power and the same to stay in power! Hence why I dont vote - no point they are all the same pretty much!

The same number of seats are awarded whether you vote or not...wish they wern't though.
