Can we then agree to not make sweeping generalizations about Canada and Canadians based on our limited exposure. ;)

Did'nt think I had lumped all canadians together, I was talking about a section of Canadians (thought I cleared that up) If I remember stating the ordinary working class Canadians are lovely!!!!. Also said how beautiful Vancouver, Victoria was and how polite I found the drivers, and got agro for saying that??? seems I can't win:confused:I also lived in Ottawa, and thought it was beautiful and the people very friendly, that was a while ago, but I think the smaller cities seem to be much friendlier, That could apply anywhere. I also said when we came in 1976 when we settled I loved it here, but I do see a big change in the GTA, its not as friendly, sorry but thats the way I see it lol:huh:

That's not an argument, that's just being contrary.

It has actually always put me off moving to France as I hate cheese and the French seem to use it in pretty much everything.
