Hi everyone. Actually moving permanently in couple of weeks! Looking forward to it, and I really can't wait!!
Reality is starting to hit now, especially as I finished work yesterday! My cousin in Canada said that they have had some snow, which will be great as we've had a practice run in UK over past few months!
I am DEF going to be paying excess baggage, as although have 30 kg, I weighed my 3 cases and they come to a total of 49!! Whoops!!
Oh, and it's my 40th on Wednesday to add to the reality!!!!
Is there anyone still from 2006 list still waiting? We got our visa's last May, landed in July, and returned to sort out my horses, and other things!
I wish everyone waiting to hear or about to move all the best!

Thank you very much! We landed last July but had to return to UK. Good time to arrive " properly" to get setled into the Canadian way before winter comes!!
We are going to Cambridge, Ontario as my uncle lives there. We are really lucky to have someone in Canada that can help!

It makes sense as at least when you move most of the boys and pieces have been done so you can then buy a vehicle, and go around for job interviews, house moves etc!! We got our sin card, drivers license, pr cards all sorted so we can move but live the actual dream!!!!!! Xxxx

Good luck with the move.
We lived in Maidstone before we came over last year - small world!
