Hello Mr Miller,
I have a situation here. I had applied on Nov 16,
AOR Recvd: JAn 08 2002
but currently laid off. I am planning to
move to india can i continue my application processing in Buffalo considering I will get an interview waiver (I think i will). ok the quest basically can i have the medicals done in india and have them send to canada ?
Also how much time after medical do i have to land in canada ?
Thanks
Vivek

You may continue processing in Buffalo, but if interview will be required then you'll
need visa to US (hard to get for such reason) or to transfer file to New Delhi. It is
recommended to keep processing in Buffalo if you think that you have good chance for
interview waiver.
Medicals can be done in India. You'll have up to 12 months from medicals to land in
Canada, unless your passport expires sooner.
