Yes,
I'am afraid its trying to be something it isn't which is up and coming for the olympics,
Its strengths lie in a what I find to be a quiet, quiant mountain based town, with an excellent history and ideal links to vancouver and whistler for a nice day out, but with rising costs and expenses..

Its worth a look to see what u think..
