I know this is an old thread but if anyone else is having problems with Burke Bros and needs Gary Burke's email address then you can find it on the PAIMA web site (paima.com). Click on the 'About' link and look under board members. He's listed there.

Although from my experience, while he may respond, I've found he doesn't seem to understand the problem, and is just passing it on to his brother, who has consistently failed to respond to my questions.

I'm certainly no nearer to a resolution regarding the uninsured items that they lost, or the huge amount of damage caused by their negligence, poor packing, and the absence of any sort of packing material or protection for our possessions.
