Default Mortgage for Toronto

Can anyone recommend a Mortgage broker in Toronto.

We have been quoted for a mortgage by our bank, but they want 35% deposit?

Can anyone help as we were looking to put down 15-20%?

35% sounds on the high side. You can get less than that. Bear in mind, though, that if you put down less than 25%, you're very probably looking at mortgage indemnity insurance - a one-time premium that can be rolled into your mortgage loan.

We got our mortgage through FirstLine.

Oh, OK. You probably meant to reply to the OP's post and not mine.
