rapidly and worryingly being priced out of the market in st. albert ab. anyone any experience of this community just to the north, took a little look last time i was there and seemed nice, but the road to it was a worry in the summer, dread to think what it would be like in winter. usual stuff please to those in the know, schools, houses, community. done a search with little or no info, anyone new out there who may have some knowledge?, thanks rae.
