I am a new member to this site.

Myself, my wife, and two young children (2 and 9months) landed in April and will be moving to Calgary in September as I have been offered a job.

We will be renting for the first year and have decided on the NW.

I know how much pay I will be receiving monthly after tax but what I cant find out is the Monthly amount Utlities on a 3 bedroom house are and monthly food costs will be. I know there are many variables in the above but any guidance would be extremely helpful

The search function is your friend. There has been a spate of these posts recently with a great deal of detailed breakdown. There could also be variation on a '3 bed house' as the square footage could be 1500sqft or 2500sqft, for example, and the heating costs vary accordingly.
