Haven't checked other monster sites yet but Monster Canada has changed it's format and now the options and search functions are WAAAAAAY better.

When I was job hunting summer 2006 from the UK, I registerred with Monster.ca who then transfered me without my knowledge to Monster.co.uk

This resulted in literally about 100 so called UK recruitment consultants bombarding me by phone trying to get me to have jobs in the UK. It was nice to know that I was in demand, but very annoying all the same.......

Really? I think the display of the results is much worse. I find the screen too cluttered and the information isn't presented in a clear and concise manner. I don't like the new format.

I was on about the search FUNCTIONS. I get much better results now with multiple choice categories etc. Speeds up my searching and I don't need to spend hours going through the categories. Just a few minutes now.

I also think jobbank.ca has improved since I was last there a couple of months ago.

Yeah I'm sick of recruitment agencies. Most of them are just in the business of sales. The more people they can get registered the more commission they get. Your best interests are not always their best interests.
