Default MLS - Properties with land???

Is it just me but every time I try to search for properties in Nova Scotia with "acreage" it brings up a zero result?? I have tried widening my search to the whole of Nova Scotia but still no joy

I think i preferred the old style website - it seemed much easier to navigate round. Perhaps its me being slightly stupid (not difficult) but if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great!!

I hate the new site too, it's poor

Do you need to choose "commercial" and then land/agricultural from there? Don't know, just a thought...

Yes the same thing was happening to me yesterday, and I just thought it was something I had done.

I was looking around the Truro, NS area!

Productivity at work went up though.......

I ended up looking at the individual realtor sites- there must be a bug or something with realtor.ca

Prob a long way off given we have our UK house to sell though.

Maybe it could be because we don't have "acerage" any more. Being officially metric it would be hectarage or whatever they call it. Try rural properties. You might get on better. If I can help please ask. I live near Truro except in the winter when I'm here in Arizona.

Thanks Simon, I may have to take you up on that if I have no success with MLS!

Ah good, I thought that there were no properties with land in the entire Thompson Okanagan region after an msl search the other day...

Nothing else to do, so tried it and came up with 64 properties - Cannot believe how cheap they are!

Go 'Residential'
'Agricultural'
Under building type select house.

You'll need to accept cookies and the agreement before it will let you through.

Hi,

If you put "agricultural" in the top box and hit enter I got 64 hits, this is covering the whole of NS.

We too are looking at Colchester region and there are not many hits in this area

I have found properties with land up to about 8 acres listed as residential though, but you only get this info when you get to the main details of the house

Good luck
