mini motor bikes in canada

do the canaidian goverment allow pepole to ride on fields on a quad bike/mini motor as if i save up i would like to get one and would only be allowed if there are field's to ride them on

In Ontario I believe it is illegal to ride any motorised item on publicly owned land (i.e. parks, etc.), or privately owned land without the owners permission.

So you can't just head to the nearest field and start riding.
