my husband & i are interested in migrating to canada. now, would you advice us to consult an immigration consutant here in manila or just go directly to Canadian embassy. do you have Manila office? what is the passing mark now & how often do they change the it? how long is the processing time upon lodging the papers, how much will it cost us?
