I take Metformin (Take them , not sure how to spell em !) Get these prescribed free in UK. Can you tell me how much they cost in Canada and for how many?

ask for glucophage which is less expensive i think

Not likely, that's a brand name. I don't know Canadian prices but Glucophage is only pennies more than the generic metformin in the UK, so there's probably not a big saving to be had anyway.

but in QC one needs to pay an annual premium at income tax time in addition to a reduced cost of medication

you either use medicare (govt plan) or buy private group insurance

$20 a month since you only take 2 a day
