Thanks for your reply ( and replies from other members as well). Unfortunately the site is playing up again so I can't post!!

I don't know whether or not you have tried to access the site of late. If you have had problems please let me know so that I don't think I'm losing the plot

I did. Is yours the cookie-dance problem?

I deleted all cookies as directed and still couldn't get in. Then I opened "tools" on the browser toolbar (Moxilla Firefox) deleted cookies again!, and deleted the cache too, not that I was sure what that was

Anyway, it was ok after that. I notice that although I was the first to post about it, it happened to a number of people aftre me, so that made me feel better!
