I was wondering if someone can share his / her thoughts about how is the IT Market out there in Canada. I can see a very strong IT Market here in Australia / New Zealand region and I've been able to raise my salary figures to 3 times in just one year.

Recruiters are chasing professionals like Gold, newspapers suggesting a serious shortage of IT Guys in industry.

Is it the same out there in Canada or is the market there is too hard to survive in ?

If possible, may be someone can also share which skills or technoologies are particularly in demand ...
