Default Manchester to Haifax this month

Hi again can i have some ideas on the quickest route to get to halifax from manchester this month ?.Canadian affair are good but they dont start flying till march i think.
I can get a united flight but i have to wait 8 hours in newark.
I have done this before and it is so boring waiting for 8 hours.

Air canada, although you may well pay for it. Do Icelandair come here right now? What about BA via NY?

Canadian Affair only serve Manchester to Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver.

£530 up to now, i am only going for 4 days to for an interview but that is via newark

I did Canadian Affair to Toronto then cheap flight to Halifax last year... Still a long time though. Actual door to door was 22 hrs!!! Could have flown to Oz!!!

They announced it a few weeks ago:

Unfortunately, they are only serving Edinburgh (from Toronto) and Athens (from Toronto and Montreal) on the European routes.

Also, cheap it most certainly isn't!!!

They are not really cheap ,cheaper than Air Canada yes ,but on the whole

Check out Germany's charter airline Condor - they do Halifax to Frankfurt, then maybe pick up a cheap flight from there to Gatwick.
