Did this last year and I got stung for import duties and DHL admin charges! Turned out to be quite expensive.

Free shipping does not mean FREE duties and taxes for Customs purposes

I don't concern my self with these minor details, the credit card takes care of that.

They take the UK VAT off the price of the items so that helps and there's a whooping £10 voucher if you spend more than £50. Bargain!

I bought a couple of packs of smalls (2 x £7). I should have made two orders (there was no minimum to get free delivery). I'd have been okay.
As it happened, there was a tax to pay and because there was a tax there was a fee for collection.
My free order had about $18 added.
