Smile looking to drive hgv canada

hi,
my wife and i are looking to start a new life in canada (vancouver bc ) and would be looking to drive over there anybody got any tips contacts or idea's

do a search on a poster called Koog he has a blog and drives (drove?) out of Saskatoon and often went to Vancouver.

Hi Mate,

Driving anywhere in Canada and finding work is pretty straight forward.....However British Columbia at present are NOT taking HGV Drivers via Provincial Nominee Programme (PNP) as I asked them this question and they replied to me by email saying they're not currently accepting HGV drivers via PNP.

There are ways round it but there are others more experienced than I in this field (Visas, Work Permits etc) that could give you advice.

If you want any more help or info drop me a line as there is FAR to much info available to post here...

Look up the "Canadian drivers forum" at www.onlinetruckers.co.uk
plenty of info on here from guy's that have made the move in the last couple of years/months.
