Default Local newspapers in Burlington and Hamilton?

Could anyone familiar with the area let me know what the names some of the local newspapers are in the Burlington, Hamilton and perhaps Oakville area are? Papers read by elderly folks are more of what I'm searching and any of their contact details, websites would help a lot.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Oakville's is The Beaver (don't laugh!) - published three times a week on Weds, Fri and Sat. www.oakvillebeaver.com

Hamilton has the Spectator, which I think is daily (www.thespec.com)

Burlington's is the Post (www.burlingtonpost.com) published by Metroland Media Group who also publish the Beaver and a couple of dozen other community papers across the GTA.

HTH

edit: apparently the Hamilton Spectator is also a Metroland Media paper. www.metroland.com - this is itself a subsidiary of Torstar, publishers of the Toronto Star.

In addition to what Oakvillian told you, I suspect residents of those communities also read national and Toronto newspapers:
