Default Living in Limbo

Hi All,
Just a update on what's happening,
After having a Second Medical in February and getting the documentation off to CIC London by the end of April. we are still no nearer getting a final Answer.
Were pretty sure that our application will be turned down, as we will cause too bigger drain on the Canadian resources.
What really annoys me is that 6 weeks ago we heard that a decision had been made(no change to our on-line status) then just under 2 weeks ago (25th August) we were informed that a Letter has been(authorised/Processed) didn't actually say it was posted.

Our Medicals expire on the 28th of September 2010.

I can accept the fact that we will probably will not get in, but why cant they get there ar*e in gear and send out the letter.

It is so frustrating.
even as I type this message our our on-line status still says In-Progress, just add salt to the wound.

Okay Rant over

I'm off to lie down in a darken room

Regards

Sean

I really am sorry you are experiencing this. Why do you think you will be denied?

We have three Boys who have all been diagnosed with high functioning autism.

The fact hay have Hi IQ's and are are educated in two languages doesn't help their case.
The younger boys have a speech delay which they have therapy for.
Whilst they will need help in the short term, it is envisaged that any help they need will be above the amount which the Canadian Government allows.

I was reading another post, where their child has Aspergers and they were accepted because of the educational Plan that they submitted, and have a greater amount of Cash available to them than we do.

Regards

Sean
