I live in bosnia and hercegovina,and i want to go live in canada.Vancouver,Toronto, or Ottawa,Now How much money I need to buy house with 2 floor,The cheapest?
and which City In canada have most peaple from balkan?

I'd say $300,000 for a two bed on the outskirts of Toronto. Be warned that modern units have fairly small bedrooms.
Toronto is pretty multicultural so I'd take a punt that we also have the most Balkanites.
Moving to Canada isn't exactly a stroll in the park so I suggest that you go and read the WIKI referred too.

well 300.000$ is really too much,damn,,,and what about job,is it easy to find a job?

Did you read the wiki yet?
If you are not hung up on living in a large city such as Toronto or Vancouver there are much cheaper properties out there, especially if you don't mind a fixer-upper. ($100k or less)
But if you don't meet the immigration requirements that's all irrelevant.
