My sister has already posted this on immigration with no luck,
she received her letter of authorization for work permit in the mail from london, it says to take it to port of entry, she is in winnipeg with us, she has a visitors visa which was valid for the whole wait for the authorization, where do we take the letter for the work permit,
can we go to the immigration office at the airport or must we go to the border turn round and come back in again to get it.
help is appreciated.

we have an Aussie friend who had some fun with the visa and when she went to the Airport they handled everything there.
