.at last "we have our Visas....."
and very nice that page in the passport looks,......its been a long time , and frustrating waiting, but thanks to all here whose advice i sought along the way..........house is now up for sale...........and yes more waitng......

Good luck with your house sale, like you say back to yet another period of waiting. Whereabouts are you heading to? We are off to the Georgian Triangle region in Ontario.
