Thanks all, yes been a good start, signed for house today and some furniture we ordered online last week is being delivered tomorrow. Can't praise our Realtor enough she has been so helpful even when in the UK in sorting stuff out for us.
Sure I can manage to meet up on the 13th as long as someone gives me some good directions and we have a car sorted

I am sure someone will be able to help you out with directions, etc. I am not that great at navigation and sure am glad that I only have to drive one straight road for 164km to Halifax.
