Yeah, 10c worth. Shame it's the same old, same old though. Rather dilutes some quite valid points. Brit bashing gets tedious after a while and fogs the real issues.
Anyhow, it's Sunday night, so I'll get off my high horse!;):)

Oh there's no need at all for me to rehash, I can copy and paste as required.

And it's not the same old same old to a new audience or new reader.

Ah, I assumed that most people would take the time to 'search' on the site ahead of posting and would've read it all before.....silly me.....comes of being a stereotypical thick Brit I suppose.;)

LOL well I didn't quite blow my load there, there's plenty more fire in the old belly. I have to save some for my bizarre fan club, they'll be along soon, I'm sure.

This is BE, people seem to forget that particular facility is available to them.

You say they're thick, yet my take would be they're simply overwhelmed at the various info available and get stuck right in without looking around.

Bizarre fan club? Where did that come from?

I have no issue with much of what you say - which probably doesn't suit.

Oh, and I didn't say they were thick , I was referring to myself, tongue in cheek, as in previous exchanges that is exactly what you've implied. You appear to take the view that all Brits - apart from you - are the same.

Anyhow, got better things to do than bicker. Hopefully the guys asking for the info will get what they need so they can decide if the Okanagan is right for them.

Ah but there's a Little Britain Shoppe and another one being built. It's the talk of the town you know

All we need now is "the only gay in the (Okanagan) valley".

Apparently there's one in Lake Country (a shop with Brit stuff in it) as well. Haven't sought it out myself, can't afford the second mortgage on a bar of Galaxy. 'Only gay in the valley?', nah, at least the area's not that blinkered?

There's a snow storm here, I can hear the snow hitting the window with a sort of 'clicking' sound. And it's getting louder. I havent seen any greenery for a week or more.

I got an old rich007 fanzine, used to come out monthly I believe. I nicked a copy from the dentist out of curiosity. Honest.

Have you ever seen any (openly) gay people in K-Town yet ?

I saw some hippies the other day, it was a fairly rare sight. But proof that alternative lifestyles do exist locally.
