Whilst on our travels, my husband was offered another job in Vancouver which is where we could see ourselves living and the job sounded perfect- then once we got home, we kept being told that things were progressing etc and then weeks on we didn't hear another thing?
My husband took another trip to Vancouver to see if he could get things moving with the job offer but again the company promised him that they were sorting the visa etc and we have heard nothing back? - we are absolutely confused as to why they would do this again to us? - So now it seems we are back to the drawing board. My husband is so disheartened by it all that he wants to give up all together. It's all a bit of a nightmare really as he has sold his construction business and we had started packing!

Thx deep c pearl, we are hoping to live in Aberdeen just loved it and I will be working in Sahali so it's perfect commute.Hmmmm about you having a house to sell....is it on mls.

DannyB I also work in Downtown Kamloops lol. Funny I had friends in Spain this week postin up temps in the low 30's and our temperatures were in the mid-high 30's lol. I second that Kamloops is a wonderful place to live.

Been here a month now and just loving it.Easy getting around despite,my sense of direction being really bad!!!Folk have been very friendly and workplace very welcoming.Have taken in North Barriere lake,Heffly and Knouff,so awesome!!!Sold the house this week in AB so now ready to put down permanent roots.My girls are slowly coming round and looking forward to going to school.Kamloops is a fantastic place to live!!
