Just a quick question

My Canadian husband has a Spousal visa ILR for 15 years. Although he has moved back to Canada, can he return back to the UK within 2 years and the visa is still activated. Does this include if he enters the UK for an holiday.

Hope this makes sense

From my understanding, he'd have to actually move back to the UK within 2 years to keep his ILR - just for a holiday won't count.

HTH.
