I'm a US citizen who just married a Canadian woman yesterday. We will have our official marriage certificate presumably by Friday. I'll be immigrating to Canada. Right now I have a visitors visa that expires at the end of this month.
The BIG question is what's the best way to stay in Canada after the end of the month? Should I go to the border or an office (I'm in calgary now and going to Toronto on the 15th) to try to extend my stay? Would that be better than sending a request to Vegreville through the mail?
