We have just had an offer on our house in the UK only 3K under the asking and only 6weeks on the market. Well originally they offered 5 under which i thought wasn't bad and my Dad told them to "do a bit better than that" good old parents eh!
Its funny how you spend half your time wondering when it will sell and now an offer is in, you can't help think "i hope they don't drop out".

We have had the house up for sale before and with no takers for months and we had to rent it out in the end, (we are over in Van now).Thought something was wrong with it. This time there seemed to be a steady stream of people, so you can never really tell.
