Just about to sign Lease but found this (bed bugs!)!
Going to sign lease for a new apartment tomorrow( they are transfering lease over to us for 2 months) and just found this!! We are on a higher floor - what would you do? Disaster!

Stay away from that building!
I find it more than a little curious that the provincial government banned a whole bunch of pesticides and a couple of years later we start hearing about these infestations.

Stay away from that building. Bedbugs are nightmarish.

We aren't gonna risk it - not for that price - thankfully I checked the bedbugs website and saw all the complaints on there. Gutting as it was PERFECT location - but as one of the people said on there people move out and they have no problem getting new people in because of location.
Gutted really - back to the house hunt..............
