Hi everyone,
hope someone can help out ,i presently work in the Chemical Industry as a Chemical Process Control room operator /Field workerin the UK .
Could anyone direct me to were all the major players are in the Chemical/ Pharma Manufacturing industry .

Know that Alberta has something like this industry try searching web for "alberta government" should get some info on there

You probably looked at these general sites already.
www.monster.ca
www.workopolis.com

The area around Sarnia Ontario is refered to as "chemical valley" here cos of all the companies there. Otherwise oil is booming out in Alberta, and there are many pharma companies in the Greater Toronto Area.

Hi Guys,
thanks for the feed back.I hope to move to Ontario so the Sarnia area sounds promising.Alberta is another area we will have to look at, but the wife would prefer the east coast if we have a choice.All ifs and buts.

It's subjective as i can drive to Ontario in one day whereas it takes one and a half days to drive across it. Therefore parts of Ontario are closer to the East coast than other parts of it. I agree though that Ontario is not Eastern Canada.

Ontario is part of eastern canada, as is Quebec.

Sarnia is, however, on Ontario's west coast.

If you had ever had to do an exam to get your citizenship, you would know that ON and PQ are in fact "Central Canada"
