This may have well been discussed before but having just joined I will post it anyway.

When you arrive here and start searching for that first job everyone it seems gets hit with the phrase "but you have no canadian experience" I asked one interviewer what exactly did he mean but of course got a bumblng nonsense answer. This does not happen in other countries why here?
