Hello everybody!

It was always my dream to settle down in Canada. So I was looking at the procedure for getting a work visa to Canada and it looks like I need to have a job offer from a Canadian firm to get a Visa. I looked at the all the PNP options and sadly I don't fit in any . I am in software industry and work on AS400.

Can somebody please tell me few good websites for job hunting? Also, is there any demand for AS400 professionals in Canada? And would they (recruiters) be willing to select me just by looking at my resume and having an interview over phone?
