The order that you follow is thus:-
1. Job offer (conditional on 2 & 3) from Canadian employer.
2. Possitive assessment from AIT.
3. Positive LMO from Service Canada (employer sends you a copy)
4. Apply for Work Permit in UK or at Canadian POE.
5. Apply Service Canada for SIN number Apply CHR for Alberta Health.
6. Start work for employer & study for exam.
7. Pass exam.
8. Request employer to put you forward for PNP.
9. Send off completed PNP application to Alberta provincial government.
10. PNP certificate of nomination along with PR application sent to Buffalo visa office for fast track processing (must have been legally resident in Canada for 12 months to send here).
11. Take PR medical Pay landing fee
12. Recieve PR
13. Attained landed immigrant status.

Essentially this is the order you will follow, although there are various steps that may well differ. I'm sure other people will advise from their personal perspective.
